Pure javascript client-side autocomplete

This is a really elegant and efficient Javascript autocomplete - it runs entirely on the client-side (no AJAX involved) and is really fast.

It comes from Nicholas C. Zakas' tutorial Make Life Easy With Autocomplete Textboxes. The only modifications I've made are to make the comparisons case-insensitive, and to put the javascript into a separate autocomplete.js file.
